A low-impact class designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength.  Ideal for beginners or those recovering from injury.

Deep Water Running

Running in deep water is an ideal cardiovascular exercise with no weight-bearing stress. This exercise is beneficial for cross training and rehabilitating. Deep water belt is required and can be purchased at the pool.

This fast-paced, shallow-water aerobics class uses water to cushion feet, knees and back, with an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning.
